A family in Pondok Kelapa, Jakarta Timur needs to expand their house. They have one floor house on the land of 6 m x 15 m. They need larger space as well as brand new designed façade. I was the architect fulfilling their need, expanding their house vertically.
Design constraints and requirements are:
- Modern minimalist architectural style.
- Eye catching façade
- Balcony at the front.
- Natural lighting deployed
